One of the biggest surprises I got from starting BJJ was the injuries. Now, I’ll open by saying I am being a bit dramatic. I’ll get twinges in my knees, shoulders, and most noticeably my back. Decompressing my spine has been an interesting spine and basically letting it all hang out. It makes sense that to prevent yourself from tightening up you  stretch yourself out. My Unorthodox Guide to Lockdown Workout

My Jiu-Jitsu gym has been closed since March 2020. I had found a hobby I enjoyed, got hooked instantly and was ready to get serious.
